These terms apply to purchases and use of melocreamcoffee.com, operated by Mel-O-Cream Coffee and hosted on Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Orders and product information

Please provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information and review your selected product, size, grind and purchase option before checkout. Prices, discounts, taxes and shipping charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error and will contact you if it affects an order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

Coffee flavor descriptions are tasting guidance; the experience varies with brewing method, water and individual preference. Product availability may change. Images illustrate the products and packaging, which may vary slightly.

Shipping, refunds and subscriptions

Our Shipping Policy describes processing and delivery estimates. Our Refund Policy describes cancellations and remedies for order problems. Recurring purchases are also governed by our Subscription Policy and the purchase terms displayed at checkout.

Permitted website use
